 An Evolution of Design

My love for handcrafted wood earrings began one day with an idea to take carpenter off cuts of hard wood and turn them into wearable art. My husband gifted me a laser engraver on Christmas, over 5 years ago. I had my Etsy Shop for several years prior and he understood I enjoyed making and sharing the items I was creating. From original photography taken by him applied to flameless candles and stone coasters to up-cycling wine corks leftover after wine tastings at local wineries, I began thinking about how I wanted my Etsy Shop to evolve. 

After a year or two of experimenting, I began making wood earring designs that blended both boho design elements with modern design elements. I would say most of my wood earrings fall under the category "boho modern" earrings. 

My current collection of wood earrings includes everything from mandala earrings to modern wood earrings. I try to make something for everyone. I have small wood earrings and large wood earrings. Most earrings have the option to pick the size that best fits your style and comfort level. One of the best things about my wood earrings is that they are lightweight wood earrings.

These lightweight wood earrings do not pull on your ears. In fact, most of the time, you forget you have them on! This enables many people to be able to wear large wood statement earrings, who normally may not have the opportunity.
