What type of wood do you use to make your earrings?

The short answer is all types of wood. The majority of our earrings are made of hardwoods like walnut, cherry and oak or poplar. Few of our styles earrings are made with thin craftwood.

Can I customize a pair of wood earrings?
Yes. I will customize a pair of wood earrings for you. Email inspirationsbyJG@gmail.com with the specs and your idea and I will do my best to work with you on your request. Most items do not require an up charge or special pricing, but there may be products that cost more are hard to purchase or involve more time and if that is the case, we will set a custom price for the products you are asking to be used. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing for wood earrings?

What is the processing time for an order?
All earring orders are processed as they are received in 5 to 7 business days and will be shipped out using the shipping method chosen at check-out.

What happens if I want to return to exchange my earrings?

Returns*: Returns are accepted only if in the same condition as sent. Returns are accepted within the 14 days of receipt of earrings as noted on the delivery confirmation. There will be a deduction of the amount it costs to ship the items back to us ranging from $4.00 to $15.00 depending on what you are returning. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the item in good condition. Please return the item in the original box or something similar to ensure the earrings do not get damaged upon return. Failure to do so, will result in damaged earrings and no credit for the return.

Exchange*: All of the above in Returns applies, including within the 14 days of receipt of earrings. There will be an additional fee to ship a new pair of earrings, determined at the time of corresponding regarding the return.

Will my order arrive in time for the Christmas Holiday?

Please keep in mind several factors when ordering gifts for the holiday.

* Order Early, you can't start ordering too early to ensure prompt arrival.

* Allow ample shipping time on appropriate shipping carriers for where the recipient lives versus where the item is shipping from, which in this case is Philadelphia, PA.

*Once Orders are shipped on the carrier, the item is out of our hands.

* Replacement items or credits for packages that show status delivered with the carrier is never an option.

*Contact your local USPS office to inquire about the status of delivered packages. They use GPS to locate if a package was delivered to an incorrect address.

*Contact your local USPS office to find "lost packages". You can submit your tracking information to USPS and open a case to find a missing package. Often, they are way more helpful than we could ever be.

*We are not responsible for missing or slow to deliver packages. No shipping timeline is guaranteed.
