What type of wood do you use to make your earrings? The short answer is all types of wood. The majority of our earrings are made of hardwoods like walnut, cherry and oak or poplar. Few of our styles earrings are made with thin craftwood. Can I customize a pair of wood earrings? Do you offer wholesale pricing for wood earrings? What is the processing time for an order? Do you offer gift wrap for wood earrings? What happens if I want to return to exchange my earrings? Returns*: Returns are accepted only if in the same condition as sent. Returns are accepted within the 14 days of receipt of earrings as noted on the delivery confirmation. There will be a deduction of the amount it costs to ship the items back to us ranging from $4.00 to $15.00 depending on what you are returning. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the item in good condition. Please return the item in the original box or something similar to ensure the earrings do not get damaged upon return. Failure to do so, will result in damaged earrings and no credit for the return. Exchange*: All of the above in Returns applies, including within the 14 days of receipt of earrings. There will be an additional fee to ship a new pair of earrings, determined at the time of corresponding regarding the return. *Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for custom or wholesale orders.
